Format converter consolidation finalized with all 256 converterConfig entries.

fix: EPUB to PDF converter visibility fixed (showInCategory: false → true, server dependencies → browser dependencies).
fix: Time Converter category fixed (Utility → Developer) and description corrected (no longer mentions time zones).
